Volunteers of NSS VKIDFT UNIT and the faculty of VKIDFT took an anti-drug pledge and formed the anti-drug human chain on 1st November 2022, Kerala Piravi Day, to mark the end of the first phase of the state government’s ‘No to drugs’ campaign. The students were made aware of the adverse health consequences of drugs. People lose their ability and conscience due to the use of drugs and the usage of drugs increasing day by day among youngsters. Everyone should fight against drugs and volunteer for a better society. Dean VKIDFT Dr.S N Rajakumar, Associate Dean Pro. A K Beena, Associate patron Dr.Liji mol, and NSS program officer Dr.Jose Mathew were present in the program.
